Galleri Pictura presenterar under april månad utställningen The Spectacle Within av installationskonstnären Hanni Kamaly. Utställningen behandlar människans förhållande till naturen och hennes omgivning. Genom upphittade och samlade råmaterial vill Kamaly manifestera dessa objekts tillstånd av konstant flux, och visa konstrasterna mellan objektens och människans natur.
I denna utforskning, och i de former hon använder för att omvandla ”vardagsting” till konst, gör hon försök till att kommunicera med objektet genom rekonstruktionen av det. Hon liknar själv dessa studier vid en form av antropologi, som rör sig i ”… grenseland mellom fiksjon og realisme – en poetisk framføring gjennom fysiske elementer.”
Hanni Kamaly – född 1988, är uppvuxen i Norge, där hon utbildat sig vid Kunst- og Designhøgskolen i Bergen. Sen 2012 studerar hon vid Malmö Konsthögskola. The Spectacle Within är Hanni Kamalys första soloutställning i Sverige.

Come april month, Galleri Pictura presents the norwegian installation based artist Hanni Kamaly’s exhibition The Spectacle Within.
The exhibition centers around themes concerning the human relationship with nature and her surroundings. Through found and gathered raw materials, the artist wants to manifest these object’s state of being in constant flux, and the contrast between human nature and the nature of the object. In making these explorations, and in reshaping ”everyday objects” into art, she is attempting to communicate with the object through reconstruction. She phrases these studies as a form of anthropology, moving on ”… the borderline between fiction and realism – a poetical manifestation through physical elements”.
Hanni Kamaly was born in 1988, and raised in Norway, where she is educated at the Bergen National Academy of the Arts. She currently conducting studies at Malmö Art Academy. The Spectacle Within is Kamaly’s first solo exhibition in Sweden.
