Årsmöte

Välkommen till Picturas årsmöte!

Årsmötet kommer hållas 15 maj kl. 16.00-18.00 på Västgöta Nations barlokal, Tornavägen 17-19 i Lund. Alla medlemmar och intresserade är varmt välkomna, men för att ha rösträtt eller nomineras till styrelsen måste du betalt medlemskap till Pictura före mötet. Har du ett eget förslag som du vill att årsmötet beslutar om, skicka det till oss senaste en vecka före mötet.

Under terminsmötet, som kommer hållas på svenska och engelska, kommer vi att summera den gångna terminen och planera för våren.

Under mötet kommer vi även utse nya styrelsemedlemmar. Vi är i stort behov av fler aktiva för att kunna fortsätta driva Pictura, så om du också vill se fler utställningar, workshops, utflykter, filmvisningar, m.m. i Picturas regi under 2018-2019 – sök en styrelsepost! Det spelar ingen roll om du tidigare varit aktiv i Pictura, alla intresserade är varmt välkomna att söka.

För att ansöka till styrelsen: skicka ett kort meddelande om vilken styrelsepost du är intresserad av och varför. Deadline 14 may. Mejla oss gärna för mer information!

Welcome to Pictura’s end of year meeting!

We are inviting all members to join us on May 15 at 16:00-18:00 at LUX, (Helgonavägen 3, Lund), room C215. Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting, but in order to vote or be nominated for the board, you need to have paid the membership fee to Pictura before the meeting. If you want the meeting to decide on a proposal, please send the text to us at least a week before the meeting.

Gallery Pictura is a space for the students to practice organizing cultural events and share about their interests for contemporary art. It is a great opportunity to learn professionally and to meet people working in the cultural field. And even more, it can be really fun when you organize an event and people enjoyed it and you can make new friends.
During the meeting, which will be held in Swedish and English, we will summarize this semester and plan ahead for next year.

We really need more people if we want to keep on going next semester. If you enjoyed our events this year, exhibitions, workshops, excursions, screenings, and you would like to have more for 2018-2019, please consider joining us! We need your help to make it possible. The more people join, the more we can share the tasks.
